01Who we are
CombatCall ("CombatCall," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by CMK Enterprises LLC, 9112 Gettysburg Drive, Huntington Beach, CA 92646, United States. We provide a UFC and MMA fight-analytics and picks service at combatcall.com and app.combatcall.com (together, the "Service").
This policy covers personal information we process when you visit our website, create an account, or use the Service. If you have questions about anything here, email us at support@combatcall.com.
02Information we collect
Account information (via Google Sign-In)
We use Supabase Auth to handle sign-in, including "Sign in with Google." When you sign in with Google, Google shares a limited profile with us so we can create and identify your account:
- Email address — used as your account identifier and for service-related communication.
- Name and basic profile — such as your display name and profile picture, if available.
- A Google account identifier — used to link your sign-in to your CombatCall account.
We do not receive your Google password, and we only request the basic profile and email scopes needed to sign you in. You can also create an account with an email and password.
Subscription and payment information
CombatCall offers paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you provide your payment details directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We receive and store limited billing data from Stripe, such as your subscription status, plan, billing dates, the last four digits and card brand, and a Stripe customer identifier, so we can manage your access and support you.
Usage and device information
- Usage data — pages and features you use, picks and analytics you view, and general activity within the Service, so we can operate and improve the product.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting and infrastructure for security and reliability.
Marketing email captures
If you enter your email to unlock free fights, join a waitlist, or subscribe to updates, we store that email address so we can send you relevant CombatCall content and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
03How we use your information
- To create, authenticate, and secure your account.
- To provide the Service — fight analytics, predictions, odds, and picks.
- To process subscriptions, payments, and renewals through Stripe.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate about your account.
- To send marketing and product updates where you have opted in (you can opt out anytime).
- To monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
04We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed to run CombatCall.
05Third-party service providers
We rely on a small set of trusted providers ("processors") to operate the Service. Each processes data only on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy commitments:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
06Cookies and local storage
CombatCall uses cookies and browser local storage primarily to keep you signed in. When you authenticate, Supabase Auth stores a session token in your browser so you don't have to log in on every visit. We also use essential storage for security and basic site functionality.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out and may affect how the Service works.
07Data retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations (for example, payment and billing records held by Stripe).
08Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Export a copy of the information you provided to us.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@combatcall.com from the address on your account. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
09Children's privacy
CombatCall is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
